Ayuda con este error!

hola a ver si me ayudan, instalo el cliente de gracia q hay aca en el foro y descargo el parche para el ares y lo instalo reemplazando la carpeta q dice y cuando ejecuto aparece esto....

q onda alguien me da una mano...
