Reinstala cliente y después vemos

Busca el Options.ini y cambia esto:
StartupFullScreen=True
Por esto
StartupFullScreen=False

Si no tenes Options.ini pedile a alguien que te lo pase por que por alguna razon no esta generando este archivo.
