Bueno, boludeando con el viejo(Amigo, lvl 82) le pregunte q % tenia de q salga el enchant de un skill de tercera y me dice 72%, cuando yo, lvl 81 tengo 92%.
Hasta donde yo se, mientras lvl mas alto sos, mas chance tenes de q salga O.o, y el va para atras, lvl 82 tiene menos chance q yo lvl 81 O.o

Me fije con otro pj lvl 81 por si era yo el bugueado, y no, tmb tenia 92 de q salga el enchant.

Fijate cuando hice el mismo post y nunca me lo respondieron, = como te dijeron arriba si le metes un enchant el porcentaje sube.
